eRecords project

Did you know that 70 per cent of the State Library collection is accessible only by visiting the Library? This is now changing with the eRecords project.

Over three years to 2010/11 we will be adding over 400,000 electronic records to the online catalogues. These records will provide electronic access to collections previously only searchable via the Library's card catalogues and indexes.

As the new records are added to the online catalogues, clients will be able to search more of our collections 24/7 and from a location of their choice.

The NSW State Government is funding the project with an injection of $10m over three years.
