The eRecords project added nearly 1.3 million electronic records to the State Library’s online catalogues between 2008 and 2014. These records now provide electronic access to collections previously only searchable via card catalogues and indexes held in the Library.
Clients can now search more the Library's collections 24/7 and from a location of their choice. The NSW State Government provided $23m over five years for eRecords Project. The eRecords Project was finalised in 2014.
