Mr Bradley is President, Business Council of Australia and Chairman HSBC Bank, Stockland Corporation and Anglo American Australia. He is a director of GI Dynamics Inc and chairs listed gas explorer – PO Valley Energy. Previously Managing Director of Perpetual Limited and National Managing Partner of Blake Dawson and partner of McKinsey & Company. Mr Bradley is a member of the Library Council.

Peter Crossing
Mr Crossing is Vice Chairman-Investment Banking Australasia – UBS and has over 30 years experience in investment banking in Australia and Asia - the past 20 years with UBS. He has a particular interest in the conservation of and access to the records of European first contact with Australia, especially those relating to natural history. Mr Crossing is Chairman of the Foundation Board.

Her most recent executive role was at Westpac and previously was with Macquarie Bank, State Bank of NSW and Bain & Co. Currently on the board of several corporations and NFPSa, and a consultant in financial services.

Ms Robyn Holt -
Robyn Holt
Ms Holt is a senior management consultant. She has held the roles of CEO for various international media groups including Tyler Brule's brand Monocle, and was President of Conde Nast Zao, the Russian affiliate of Conde Nast International, publisher of Vogue, Vogue Living, GQ, Architectural Digest. She was Managing Director for Sanofi Beaute (owner of Yves Saint Laurent) and has more than 25 years experience in journalism and in the fashion and retail industries.

Ms Belinda Hutchinson AM -
Belinda Hutchinson AM
Ms Hutchinson is Chairman of QBE Insurance Group, a Director of St Vincent’s Health Australia, the Salvation Army Eastern Territory Advisory Board, the Centre for Independent Studies and a director elect of AGL Energy. Previously Ms Hutchinson was Executive Director of Macquarie Group, a Vice President of Citibank, and senior manager at Andersen Consulting and has served on many industry boards.

Samantha Meers
Ms Meers is Managing Director and a trustee of the Nelson Meers Foundation. She is currently Deputy President of Philanthropy Australia, a trustee of the Art Gallery of NSW, a director of the Documentary Australia Foundation and The Climate Institute, and a member of the Advisory Councils of the Centre for Social Impact and of the Sydney Women’s Fund. Previously Ms Meers practised as a specialist media lawyer, holding senior management positions within the media sector.

Maxine Rich -
Maxine Rich
Maxine Rich has specialised as a lawyer, academic and investment banker in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and general corporate activity. She was appointed a member of the Takeovers Panel and has served on a number of corporate boards including Federal Airports Corporation (Deputy Chairman), Treasury Corporation of New South Wales, Bulmer Australia Limited and Neverfail Springwater Limited. Currently, she also advises Investec Bank (Australia) Limited in their Investment Banking area.

Dr Vallance is Headmaster, Sydney Grammar School. Previously Fellow of Gonville & Caius College Cambridge and taught in the Faculty of Classics at Cambridge University. Dr Vallance is a member of the Library Council.
