The Law Handbook is a practical guide to understanding the law in NSW and the new 13th edition is just out. This chapter of the Handbook is on Aboriginal people and the law. It provides a historical overview and looks at current law, including land rights, native title, criminal law, children, women and family law, legal services for aboriginal people, cultural heritage and intellectual property.
