Christine Holman

Christine Holman is a professional company director and a non-executive director of three ASX listed boards: AGL Ltd, Collins Foods Ltd and Metcash Ltd. She also sits on the boards of two non-listed entities, the National Intermodal Corporation and Indara Pty Ltd, and two not-for-profit organisations, the McGrath Foundation and the Bradman Foundation.

As a former CFO and Commercial Director of Telstra Broadcast Services, Ms Holman brings a deep understanding of legacy and emerging technologies. During her time in private investment management, she assisted management and investee companies on strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, led due diligence teams, and managed large complex commercial negotiations.

Ms Holman has an MBA and Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a member of Chief Executive Women.
