Join us for an exclusive evening with Maggie Patton, Manager, Research and Discovery. Vincenzo Coronelli was a Franciscan friar, cosmographer, cartographer, publisher, and encyclopedist known in particular for his atlases and globes. He was also founder of the "Academia Cosmografica degli Argonauti", the first geographical society in the world. The Library holds a number of rare Coronelli maps and atlases. The presentation will include a beautiful digital presentation developed by the Library's DXLab. Includes refreshments. Booking essential.
