Program: Research skills for HSC students

Our free program, which includes an orientation tour, is designed to give students strategies for making the most of our collections. It covers searching our Library Catalogue for books and other material as well as finding articles in journals and newspapers using our eresources. The program can be adapted for subjects such as English, History and Society and Culture.

These are available on the HSC info shelves on Lower Ground 1 of the State Reference Library. Recent PIPs are also held at many regional public libraries. Selected sections of some award-winning PIPs have been digitised. Each shows excellence in a particular area. Some PIP abstracts are available on the Society and Culture Teachers Association website. |
