Core policy documents that the Library is governed by.
The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 requires that all of the State Library's current policy documents which affect or are likely to affect members of the public be made available on this website (unless there are overriding public interest reasons why that cannot be done).
Core policy documents can be viewed on our website under Legislation and policies and Services incuding Using the Library, or by contacting the Right to Information Officer. The Library is working towards consolidating all policy documents that affect or are likely to affect members of the public into one single reference point on our website.
