The prices listed are for photographic services only. Any person wishing to publish or reproduce material from the State Library of New South Wales collections must submit a Permission to Publish application form. A fee may be charged for use of the State Library's material. Please refer to the 'Fees for publication and display' list.
How to order images
To ensure that your request is processed promptly, follow these steps.
- Print the Order form.
- When you have selected the image, write the location/frame, artist/creator and title details on the order form.
- See the Image price list to decide the type, size and quantity of digital files, prints and transparencies.
- Read the Copyright information, as the price list only applies to the purchase of images and does not include reproduction rights.
- If you intend to reproduce an image, User fees may be payable and Conditions apply. Print out the Permission to publish form and submit it with the Order form.
- Complete all relevant details on the form, and then post or fax it to Document Supply Service.
