If you can not link to the Australian Indigenous Index or Sydney Morning Herald index it could be due to the non-standard port numbers these indexes use which may be blocked by some firewalls.
If you experience difficulties, please ask your network administrator or IT Support staff to allow firewall access (inbound and outbound) to:

for the Australian Indigenous Index
and
library.sl.nsw.gov.au on port 1083
for the Sydney Morning Herald index
