Weddings

Weddings at the Library

 

The Library's historic Mitchell building is a spectacular setting for wedding receptions of grand or intimate design. Our magnificent venues can be transformed to create just the right ambience for your special day.

The Mitchell building overlooks the Royal Botanical Garden and is home to the prestigious Friends Room, Gallery Room, Shakespeare Room and the Mitchell Vestibule. Our caterers, Laissez Faire Catering will design the menu of your dreams to suit the size and style of your special day.

A spacious heritage-listed room ieal for conferences, luncheons, dinners, weddings and cocktail parties.

An impressive and intimate room ideal for small dinners or meetings.

Galleries and Public Spaces

The Library’s exhibition galleries and public spaces are available for hire outside of Library opening hours.
