Judges' Comments 

A rising star in television script writing, Hannah works to make space for people of colour within narratives long reserved for white people. Whether creating a spinoff from Wentworth for Audible, or writing for the YA series The PM’s Daughter, Hannah fights to centre people of colour and to ensure that their cultural and racial identities are only one part of their complex, messy and joyful stories. 
 
The judges loved Hanna’s writing and are sure she will be creating her own show before very long at all.
