Are you one of the 69,350 students starting exams?

Looking for a quiet spot to study for your HSC exams? Or need somewhere you can study together with friends? Come in and explore the different spaces at the Library.

Find a quiet spot in the Verandah or space to work with friends in the Mitchell Library Reading Room - and you don’t need to worry about putting your bag in a locker!

We also have a dedicated space in the Governor Marie Bashir Reading Room for HSC resources. Find workbooks and past exams to help you to revise and prepare for your exams. Why not book a study room to prepare for your exams by yourself or with a group.

We have free wi-fi throughout the Library. But don’t worry if you don’t bring your own device. We have computers throughout the Governor Marie Bashir Reading Room that you can use for free to access the internet, eresources and MS Office applications.

Can’t come to the Library?

No problem - we’ve got you covered! Check out our eresources to find articles, journals, ebooks and databases. You can access most eresources from anywhere, any time - you just need a Library card (or a registered NSW public library card). We also have online research guides for that last minute revision and don't forget you can view past exams online.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Ask staff in the reading rooms or contact us at Ask a Librarian.

From everyone at the Library, we wish you the best of luck with your exams!
