Word of the Week - Murrumbong

Our word of the week is Murrumbong.

According to the ‘Aboriginal names and their meanings’ by James J. Baylis (1914), Murrumbong means “good”. In the David R Horton map the word Murrumbong is most likely originated from the Wiradjuri Language group.
