Boating party setting forth from a castle1890-1910

Over 200 illustrations on panels and single pages removed from bound manuscripts have been attributed to a mysterious artist known as the Spanish Forger. The forger worked in the late 19^th and early 20^th centuries, scraping paint from medieval parchments and creating miniatures which he then sold as authentic medieval works of art.
