Books lost or badly damaged will be charged for at cost price.
BOOKS are issued for a period of two weeks and only one week charged for on the understanding that they are not loaned to anyone who is not a client of this Library. If loaned to another client they will be returned to the Library by that client and the correct reading fee paid. Non-observance of this understanding is an act of "bad faith" on the part of both lender and borrower.
