This is a drawing of Aboriginal carvings at Middle Head in Sydney.
Uncle Chicka Madden, artist and elder from Gadigal country, said:
‘I use those local rock carvings on a lot of my ceramics.’
This is one of the objects that will be featured in one of our new exhibitions when our new Michael Crouch Family Galleries open on Saturday 6 October.
