The Magic Pudding, being the adventures of Bunyip Bluegum and his friends Bill Barnacle & Sam Sawnoff, 19181918
In 2018 we celebrate 100 years since the publication of Norman Lindsay’s children’s book The Magic Pudding. It is a boisterous tale about three travellers and their efforts to protect an ill-tempered pudding named Albert from the relentless Puddin’ Thieves. First published in September 1918 by Angus & Robertson and issued with a colour book jacket featuring the main characters, this book has never been out of print.
