Christine is a professional company director and currently Non-Executive Director of three ASX listed boards, Blackmores Ltd, CSR Ltd & WiseTech Global Ltd and one Federal Government Business Enterprise (GBE), the Moorebank Intermodal Company (MIC).
In line with her passion for cricket and preserving the heritage and history of the game, Christine also sits on the Boards of the Bradman Foundation and the T20 Cricket World Cup.
Christine was appointed to the Board of the State Library Foundation in February 2017.
In her previous executive capacity, as both CFO & Commercial Director of Telstra Broadcast Services, Christine brings a deep understanding of legacy and emerging technologies supported by a detailed knowledge of strategies related to growing businesses and digital transformations. During her time in private investment management/private equity, Christine assisted management and the Board of investee companies on strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, leading due diligence teams, managing large complex commercial negotiations and developing growth opportunities.
Christine has an MBA and Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Christine is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW).
