Art.Explore.Create - session 2
Unleash your creativity with our new art program for adults — Art.Explore.Create. Join us for this inspiring, hands-on, creative series where you will have the opportunity to closely examine our wonderful collection of artists books, be inspired by Library exhibitions and collections, join a like-minded community and be guided by our art educators to develop your own creative practice. There are four sessions — you can come to all or as many as you want.

Unleash your creativity with our exciting new program, Art.Explore.Create. We invite you to join us in a dedicated maker’s space where you will:
- view up close some of the extraordinary artists books in our collections
- be guided and supported by experienced art educators
- gain inspiration from the collections and exhibitions at the State Library of NSW
- make connections and become part of an active art community
- respond in your own way to ‘live the creative life’.
Details
Session 2 will be held on Thursday 16 June, from 5-7pm.
Note: there will be two other sessions during the year on the following dates: 11 August and 1 December.
Any level of experience is welcome.
At your first workshop you will receive a welcome pack containing an art journal and pen.
Additional art materials will be available for you to use at each workshop.
Cost
$40 per session.
