History Skills: Evaluating Sources

History Skills: Evaluating Sources

Schools

This is a virtual excursion for Stage 4 and 5 students.

In this engaging online workshop, the joy of history takes centre stage as students are guided through the process of interpreting, analysing and evaluating sources using examples drawn from the State Library’s collections. Students apply historical terms and concepts while cultivating critical thinking skills to make judgements about the usefulness and reliability of sources.
