Looking for help with mortgage stress or unpaid council rates? Find information in the new guided pathways from LawAccess NSW.Four suburban houses

There are two new guided pathways:

  • Unpaid council rates is for people who are worried about paying their local council rates or have fallen behind with their rate payments
  • Mortgage stress is for people who are worried about paying their home loan or have fallen behind in their home loan repayments

The guided pathways are self-help tools that aim to help you resolve your legal problems quickly, cheaply and fairly without having to go to court. 

LawAccess also has a range of Representing yourself guides to help you answer legal questions. The guides help you deal with your legal problem or represent yourself in a court or tribunal.
