A home among the plum trees

Recorded on 24 February 2021

Join Margot Riley as she gives us a talk on this quirky addition to the Library’s collection.

When it was found in 1984, the delicate little book was missing its cover and several pages. What remained shows the purchase of land and construction of a house in Hurstville in 1913 by a couple named Carl and Gertrude Moore. Its filled with beautiful hand-drawn diagrams and plans.
