Front-of-house tasks
Front-of-house tasks are performed onsite and include delivering tours, welcoming visitors and assisting with events and programs.
Behind-the-scenes tasks
Behind-the-scenes tasks are performed onsite and include data entry, sorting collection material and providing basic administrative support.
Prerequisites for all tasks
- An interest in the commitment and principles of the State Library of NSW
- An ability to relate to a wide range of people
- An ability to perform an identified role or roles
