Front-of-house tasks are preformed onsite and include delivering tours, welcoming visitors and assisting with events and programs.

Behind-the-scenes tasks Currently closed for applications

Behind-the-scenes tasks are preformed onsite and include data entry, sorting collection material and providing basic administrative support.  

Prerequisites for all tasks

  • An interest in the commitment and principles of the State Library of NSW
  • An ability to relate to a wide range of people
  • An ability to perform an identified role or roles
  • Email address essential
