Describe the scene in front of you as a character with a strong point of view. For example, perhaps your character:  

• Believes this is the most wonderful thing they’ve ever seen, or
• Is scared that there are monsters hiding everywhere, or
• Hates books with a burning passion 

Try to make your character’s attitude clear through your word choice and sentence structure.
