Uncover the surprising stories and spaces of the Library in a carefully crafter adventure tour tailored for your students. This customisable tour is perfect for all class groups, including book clubs, G&T programs and more. We can tailor the program to suit your classroom topics and interests of your students, guaranteed to excite and surprise as we explore the building and share the history of the library and the collections.

In this 1 hour program your students will:

  • participate in an interactive adventure around the building
  • see original collection items
  • uncover the history of the Mitchell Library and the State Reference Library

Kindergarten – Year 2 - 1 adult per 5 students
Year 3 – Year 6 - 1 adult per 10 students
Secondary students - 1 adult per 20 students
