Students view the animated concept designs of proposed upgrades to Circular Quay in Sources 22 and 23. As a class, discuss the major changes proposed, the reasons for the upgrade and the potential impacts of the changes.

Potential consequences of proposed changes to Circular Quay

Working collaboratively, students identify five upgraded features in the Government design concept in Source 23. Using the table in the resource download they list the upgraded feature, potential benefits, potential detriments and their opinion of the feature.
