We're open Tuesday 26 January 2021, with changes to some services and opening hours.
You asked, we delivered – improvements to printing & scanning
Scanning
Free scanning is now available on all self-service printers in the Reading Rooms.
You will need a Library card or a copy card to use the self-service printers on both floors of the Governor Marie Bashir Reading Room and in the Special Collections area of the Mitchell Library Reading Room. Please speak to staff before copying material from the Library's special collections.
Documents can be scanned in colour or black & white, in A4 or A3 sizes. You can then send scanned files to your email address, or save to your USB stick. Please keep in mind that copyright restrictions still apply.
Double-sided printing
To reduce paper usage and encourage more people to take advantage of this service, we have reduced the price of double-sided printing and copying by 25%.
