Anxiety and fear are normal emotions that help us to survive. However, sometimes we experience these emotional responses more frequently and intensely than is helpful. Join Dr Melissa Norberg to learn why this can happen and what we can do to conquer our anxiety and fear when it arises. Participants will learn that overcoming anxiety and fear requires more than just exposing ourselves to our feared events — it’s about how we do it.
