Literary mocktail - western



  • 1/2 cup blueberry juice
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Ice
  • Soda water
  • Hot sauce
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Blueberries


Add ice, blueberry juice and lemon juice to a glass. Top up with soda water and add a dash of hot sauce. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Current Australian guidelines recommend that to reduce the risk of harm from alcohol-related disease or injury, healthy adults should drink no more than 10 standard drinks a week and no more than 4 standard drinks on any one day. The less you drink, the lower your risk of harm from alcohol.
