Find out how to change the details on your Library card, reset your password or renew your card.
How to reset your password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the catalogu MyCatalogue forgot password screen.
- Enter your Library Card number (if you know it) or email address. You’ll receive a password reset link by email.
How to update your personal details
Ask a Librarian if you want to update your email address, address or phone number.
