Biography
Phil Barter has accumulated extensive experience as a senior finance and operations executive across a broad range of industry sectors including Entertainment, Office Equipment & Services, Fashion Retail, Printing, Manufacturing & Distribution. Phil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
What inspired you to take this role?
This role provides me with the opportunity to apply my commercial experience in a “For Purpose” environment. The Library is an amazing organisation where the passion of the team is infectious and a strong source of motivation for me to support the efficient delivery of services to the people of NSW.
